Class Price: $2,199.00
Notes: Orientation will be held on September 2nd from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with classes beginning on September 9th and didactic instruction concluding on December 16th; regular class meetings will take place every Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with five additional Saturday sessions scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) program at A.D. Quality EMS Training, Inc. is a comprehensive, in-person training experience designed for EMTs ready to expand their clinical capabilities and deliver advanced life support interventions.

This program emphasizes strong patient assessment, pharmacology integration, hands-on skill mastery, and high-fidelity scenario training to prepare students for both the National Registry AEMT exam.


 Program Overview

The AEMT course builds upon EMT knowledge and prepares providers to perform advanced interventions including:

  • Advanced airway management (including supraglottic airway placement)

  • IV and IO access

  • Fluid therapy and resuscitation

  • Medication administration

  • Advanced patient assessment

  • Cardiac monitoring fundamentals

  • 12-lead ECG acquisition

  • Medical and trauma ALS care

  • Team leadership and scene management

This course aligns with:

  • National EMS Education Standards

  • Massachusetts OEMS requirements

  • Current Massachusetts Statewide Treatment Protocols

  • NREMT AEMT testing standards


 Course Format (Traditional In-Person)

This is a structured, instructor-led classroom program that includes:

  • Weekly in-person classroom sessions

  • Hands-on skills labs

  • IV and medication workshops

  • High-fidelity medical and trauma simulations

  • Scenario-based mega codes

  • NREMT exam preparation review

All skills are taught, practiced, and evaluated in person to ensure clinical confidence and competency.


 Clinical & Field Requirements

Students will complete required:

  • Emergency Department clinical hours

  • ALS ambulance field rotations

  • Medication administration competencies

  • Capstone field internship

Clinical coordination is arranged by A.D. Quality EMS Training.

 Entrance Requirements

  • Current Massachusetts EMT Certification (or NREMT EMT)

  • Current CPR for Healthcare Providers

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to meet clinical site requirements


 Certification

Upon successful completion, students will be eligible to sit for:

  • National Registry AEMT Cognitive Exam

  • Massachusetts AEMT Certification (after successful NREMT completion)
